Please keep the recommended social distance of 6' from all guests & staff. You will be shown where the items are and you must load yourself. If you are buying large/heavy items, please bring tools and help to load. BUYER will be required to load ALL items into their vehicle. If you are late, you must reschedule through the system. Pick up at the auction location will be from the area in front of the home. Come to the auction address ONLY DURING YOUR SCHEDULED TIME. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP BY THE END OF THE SCHEDULED PICK-UP DAYS WILL BE FORFIETED WITH NO REFUND. You will have to come back during your scheulded time. We will be working to get together the items and will not be able to help you. VERY IMPORTANT - YOU MUST PICK UP ON THE SCHEDULED DAY - IF YOU CAN'T MAKE THE SCHDULED REMOVAL DAY, PLEASE DO NOT BID. Items will only be ready those with a scheduled pickup appointment. Show up with paid invoice at your reserved time only. Next, click on the box to reserve your pickup time. After you win, open the "Invoice" section of your dashboard. Load Out will be by Scheduled Appointment ONLY. You only need to make ONE appointment for all three auctions.
